Boosted Boiler for Precise Temperature Control. Precise temperature makes all the difference between a good shot and a sour one. That’s why Fellow created (and patented) the Boosted Boiler heating system with three independent heating elements that allow for:
- To-the-degree temperature stability.
- Warm-up time of two minutes or less.
- Heated group head for better extraction.
- Go from brewing to steaming, without the wait.
Preset espresso profiles. Choose from guided espresso profiles tuned for different roasts. Series 1 handles temperature, pressure, and flow for you, so you can pull delicious, café-style shots with confidence from day one.
Dial in every detail. When you’re ready to go deeper, create and save your own profiles by adjusting temperature, pressure, and flow from pre-infusion through to ramp down. Lock in your favourite recipes and repeat your best shots again and again.
Assisted steaming. The temperature-sensing steam wand auto-stops at your target milk temperature, auto-purges after use, and can be customized for different milk types. It helps you build silky microfoam while still letting you develop your own barista feel.
Intelligent shot feedback. Not sure where to set your grinder? Series 1 reads your shot and lets you know when it’s running too fast or too slow, then suggests how to adjust. It’s like having a friendly coach built into your machine.
