This Shipping Policy explains how and where we ship, how long delivery takes, and what to do if there's a problem with your order. It works alongside our Terms of Service and Refund & Returns Policy.


Where we ship

We ship to addresses within the United States and the United Kingdom. If your address falls outside these areas, please contact us before ordering to ask about availability.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free to all addresses in the US and UK. There are no hidden delivery charges at checkout.

Processing and delivery time

Orders are typically delivered within 2 days of dispatch. We aim to process and ship orders promptly after they're placed.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carrier schedules, weather, holidays, or other events outside our control.

Large-item and freight delivery

Swing sets are large, heavy items, so some orders ship by freight rather than standard parcel carriers. For freight deliveries:

  • The carrier may contact you to schedule a delivery window.
  • Delivery is typically to the curb or driveway; the driver may not be able to bring items into your home or yard.
  • Please make sure someone is available to receive and inspect the shipment.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, we'll email you tracking information so you can follow its progress.

Inspecting your delivery

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, missing, or incorrect, note it where possible and contact us within 48 hours at the details below. See our Refund & Returns Policy for how damaged or incorrect items are handled.

Delivery address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, and re-shipping costs for undeliverable orders may apply.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Orders shipped between the US and the UK may cross an international border and could be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT depending on the destination. Where these apply, responsibility for them will be made clear at checkout or before dispatch.

Failed or refused deliveries

If a delivery is refused or cannot be completed after reasonable attempts, the order may be returned to us. We'll contact you to arrange redelivery, which may incur additional shipping costs.
